Irving Heritage House Tours

The home of the C.P. Schulze family, now known as the “Heritage House”, will be open for public tours on Sunday, July 2, from 3pm-5pm. Admission is free. Built in 1912, this house is a Recorded Texas Historical Landmark and is located at 303 South O’Connor in Irving.

Docents provide guided tours that include the history of the home and many of the artifacts found therein. Mary’s Playhouse, originally built as a chicken coop, is located in the back garden area and is included in the tour. Several original toys owned by Mary Schulze and her brother Charles, Jr., are on display in the playhouse. For additional information, call 972-252-3838.
