Rick Stopfer

Rick Stopfer was elected Irving Heritage Society President during the organization’s May general meeting. He has been very active within the Irving community having served on the City Council and is currently the Irving representative to the DART board. Installation of the board was conducted by former Mayor and former Heritage Society President R. Dan Matkin, followed by an ice cream social.
